Shipping & Returns
- Peninsula and Canary Islands:We send our boxes with olive oil through txt and in 24/72h, after confirming payment, you will receive them at your home.
- Balearic Islands:We send packages to the Balearic Islands through txt , it will have a surcharge of 6 €/box and will arrive in 5-7 working days after we receive the payment.
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, a maximum period of 30 days for the return of the product is established, upon receipt of the product, as long as the product is returned in its original and sealed packaging. The transport costs of the return will be charged to the customer.
If the product arrives in poor condition, ACEITEX. Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L will assume the shipping costs incurred for the return. Returns must be sent along with the copy of the delivery note that accompanies the shipment. Returns that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.
In the case that the return occurs due to incidents in the shipment, such as breakage of the packaging, error in the products sent or any other outside the buyer, the costumer must contact us at the following email address email@example.com, indicating the incidence that leaded to the return. Within a maximum period of 48 hours (weekends not included), we will tell you how to make the return and date on which our transport agency will pick it up. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged by ACEITEX. Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L.
The refund of the amount will be made by transference to the customer’s account (who must indicate it in the same email in which the incident is communicated) within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the product.

In case of a claim or dispute of any nature, Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L . and the Client undertake to try to resolve the complaint or conflict amicably.
Online Dispute Resolution (Online Dispute Resolution)
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the Client and Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L. , without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, entitled the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and it will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.
