1. Objet
These conditions establish the rights and obligations of all users of the website www.aceitexp.com It is important to read these conditions for any binding agreement between us and to protect your rights as a buyer and ours as a seller.

When placing an order through the website www.aceitexp.com you will be required to accept these conditions so, if you do not agree, you should not place any order.

2. Order
www.aceitexp.com. does not have a physical store, so all orders will be made through the web.

By placing an order, you fully accept the published prices, their descriptions and the general conditions of sale.

You agree to use the website www.aceitexp.com only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.

You undertake to ensure that all your personal information communicated are correct, email address, postal address and other contact information, in case you do not provide us with the correct data or all the information we need, your order may not be processed.

To place an order you must follow the steps indicated by the store until the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery

ACEITEX. Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L. will deliver all the products of the orders in perfect condition to the delivery address you have entered in the order form.

No order will be sent whose recipient is a post office.

Orders will only be delivered during business hours of the transport agency from Monday to Friday, outside these hours contact us to evaluate other delivery possibilities.

In case you want the shipment through another transport agency different from the ones we offer you, you must indicate it in the order form and assume the transport costs.

It will be understood that the sale contract has ended at the time you sign the receipt on the delivery note of the carrier.

If, under any circumstances, we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, you will be informed and it will be offered the possibility of canceling the order or choosing a new delivery date.

4. Price

All prices published on www.aceitexp.com include VAT according to current regulations. The price does not include shipping costs that will be calculated based on the provisions of section 03.

ACEITEX. Exportadora Andaluza de Aceites S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time and depending on market conditions, currency exchange and import tax rates.

In any case, the item purchased will be debited with the price published at the time of order confirmation.
