Respect for the Environment and Nature
Our olive farms are located in several geographical areas of the province of Jaén. One of the farms is located in Jaén’s countryside, and the other two are located within the region that embraces Sierra de Cazorla, which are the most extensive, carefully exploited to obtain an essential fruit in our Mediterranean diet.

Immense biological wealth and
Respect for the Ecosystem
Autumn is one of the best times to explore the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park; not only for the colors of its landscape, dotted with ochre, red and gold, but for the variety of its sounds.
The first rains of mid-September rains announce the arrival of the stag bellowing, a show for the ears that continues with the deer hoarse in October and the jealousies of the mouflon and the male mountain animals in November.
Water is another of the leading elements of this natural area, since it is the largest protected area in Spain. The extensive existing hydrographic network does not only allows enjoying a great variety of flora and fauna but also getting to know the source of the rivers Guadalquivir and the Segura, symbols of the Andalusian region.
